Pop-punk/that scene is a good place to find songs like that. The best example I can think is Jimmy Eat World '23.' Or at least the best song. For some reason I want to say there are some more Jimmy Eat World lines about being in your 20's, and likewise some lines from The Promise Ring about being in your 20's, but I can't place them.
